Correlix raises $600,000 from Xenia, Chief Scientist
The company maps and improves the efficiency of computer processes in enterprise networks.

Correlix has joined Xenia Ventures’ incubator and raised $600,000 from Xenia, the Office of the Chief Scientist and private investors. The company is developing a command and control system for enterprise computer networks that automatically maps all processes taking pace within an enterprise’s IT networks. The company’s unique mapping and command system reduces bottlenecks and locates breakdowns.
Correlix was co-founded by CEO Shawn J. Melamed and VP R&D Amir Knippel. Melamed is a veteran of the IDF Military Intelligence computer unit, and has a degree in bio-informatics, and was CTO at consultancy agency Strauss Strategy. Knippel previously held key positions in start-up Kashiya, Softier, Voltaire, and Xpand networks.
Xenia Ventures is a privatized incubator financed by angels investors. Its partners include Avishay Noam (Novacom Technologies Ltd.), Dr. Orna Berry (ORNET Data Communication Technologies), Roni Einav (New Dimension Software), Aki Ratner (Precise Software Solutions founder) Xenia Ventures partner Anat Segal ( a former investment banker at Evergreen Partners).
